All prices listed on the website are inclusive of 18% GST, unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways.

Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been dispatched. GODMAN reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incomplete address, or verification issues.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are provided in the Shipping Policy section. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, logistics issues) are beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of fragrances, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video proof.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within the stipulated timeline.
