Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
Delivery availability depends on courier serviceability at the customer’s PIN code.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.
Estimated Delivery Time
Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Non-metro & remote locations: 5–8 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
COD is available on selected PIN codes only.
GODMAN reserves the right to disable COD for high-risk locations or repeat non-delivery cases.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts.
If delivery fails, the order may be returned to origin (RTO).
Damaged or Tampered Packages
Please check the package before accepting delivery.
If the package appears damaged or tampered, do not accept it and inform us immediately.
Unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damage or missing items.
