At GODMAN, we ensure that every product is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch.
Return & Replacement Eligibility
Returns or replacements are only accepted under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or leaking product
- The wrong product was delivered
- Packaging was tampered during delivery
Note: Perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and usage concerns unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Time Window
You must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Include:
- Order ID
- Unboxing video (mandatory for approval)

Refunds
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
